Hair did NOT fall out of the bag when it appeared this way. I washed thoroughly and treated with ACV shampoo and conditioner, then applied curl mousse and let it air dry for about an hour. The lace cap underneath is still slightly damp, but all of the hair is dry in these photos. They won't look good straight out of the bag and there was a lot of residue in the shampoo water when I washed them. I don't know if it was paint or some kind of chemical treatment or something else. But please wash this wig thoroughly before wearing. Still, I hardly shed while brushing and applying the mousse. Maybe 5-7 strands max from start to finish and I ran my fingers along these paths several times and rubbed the cap a bit to work the shampoo. The hair is attached to the cap very securely, and the hair itself is healthy. So breathable and comfortable. I once wore a wig with curly hair and vowed never again because the curls at the back of my head were so tangled. I think this hair is short enough that this is not a problem and the headband closes at the back and is sleek. Velcro squares at the ends of the headband so it is very easy to adjust for a comfortable fit. Includes a cute headband and hat. I almost forgot I was wearing a wig, so comfy! Great offer. TO EDIT:. This wig is still holding up great and can be worn 2-3 times a week and washed every 4-6 weeks. I've found that when I want to maximize my hair until the next wash, I'll reapply the curling mousse right after washing and conditioning while my hair is still damp. I just got my first topknot/hat on the back of my head this week and I think that's just because I didn't hang my hair when I took it off, I just threw it somewhere 😂. Although it wasn't too bad, I was able to comb through them with my fingers with some conditioner. No other tangle/tangle issues and no shedding.
