I'm not an expert on flat shoes but I've read that they should fit like a sock which these do, they're cute and durable so far. The only problem I had with ordering was the sizing confusion. I ordered 5.9" based on my decision I've read, my 3 year old wears 7.5-8 in infancy. I really wish she had some room in it just because she doesn't use them for dancing anyway After placing an order for the 5.9" (8M) notched screen, I sent a message to the seller a few days later when I saw that my item had still not shipped. Later on this one On the 1st day I received an email confirming my item had just shipped but the header said 5.7". Revain customer service told me they also say 5.7", although to me when i went to the product page, in the top left corner it said i had already bought the item '5.9' as they were from santa claus i took a chance and hoped i would get the size, which I ordered and received. I'm a size 5.9", they fit like a S ok, but that's ok. My daughter also received a free gift (a unicorn necklace which she wore with her ballet flats and dress all day at Christmas.
