This product appears to be well made and appears to grind cement well. But if you have a 4.5-inch Makita grinder, at least it won't fit well. When I placed this cup between the inner and outer flanges and tightened (as hard as I could) the cup still rotated freely. Makita brand cups have the flanges built into the cup to prevent rotation. Dewalt also makes a cup with an inner flange built into the cup. I can't seem to be able to over tighten this outer flange, to achieve this cup to latch properly. That's disappointing because it looks like it would work otherwise, and it's a good price.
