I'll give you a caveat first: three levels is about as much as you want to stack them. I mention this because while you can mount two of these 12 bottle racks, they are not stable. Also, make sure the area you intend to place it in is level and completely level. Second: There were cracks in the tree. They were flimsy and I don't think they affect the structural integrity of the strut if you don't over tighten the bolts, but they are there. For the good: As you can see from the photo, mine matches my intended shelf placement perfectly. It is stable and durable for twelve bottles (I only filled it on the right in the photo). A big plus is that this rack holds 1.5 liter bottles on each tier - you can even fill it with twelve bottles of that capacity. Assembly was easy. , it is attractive and by a happy coincidence it fit on the shelf where I kept it. I am definitely happy with my purchase and would recommend it (assuming the caveats above).
