This bag holds a lot of stuff. I can pack meat, vegetables and milk or juice in one bag. I put my cards and cell phone in my breast pocket and then I can leave my purse at home. Thanks to the long handles, I can carry it over my shoulder when I go shopping. The only thing that improves this is a flat bottom. I haven't used it for keeping warm so I'm not sure how well it works. My son lives two hours away. So if I was baking fresh bread I wouldn't even expect it to stay warm that long. Hmmm, might have to try it. UPDATE: July 2021 I bought this bag in September 2019 so I have used it a lot for my regular trips to the supermarket which is only 7 minutes from my house. I spent some time at my son's house last week and decided to really check out this bag. I put some frozen fish in the bag and added two ice packs just in case. My drive home took about 2.75 hours and my fish was still completely frozen! Unfortunately it is sold out, I would definitely order more. If you buy one, it contains a lot of food. Long handles make it easy to carry and, as mentioned, an outside pocket for keys, ID and cash or a bank card. Everything is clean inside, no holes or scratches. I had absolutely no problems with this bag. I don't know why it's sold out, maybe it's sold out? This is the perfect bag and I will be disappointed if the other options don't justify it.
