I love this thermometer! I'm really pissed that I didn't get any of these a few years ago because they make cooking so much easier! It was so ready to use that all I had to do was point to it and press a button and it would display the temperature on the screen. The display is quite large so there was no problem seeing anything on the screen and it's ideal for the elderly or those with poor eyesight. I also compared the displayed temperature to a regular thermometer and it was perfect! This is much easier than trying to stick a regular thermometer in or pull out a product in the oven to check the temperature. It is also ideal to use my smoker to tell him the internal temperature of the smoker and tell me the temperature or the meat. Would definitely recommend and I really think I'll buy another one to see my mum's house for cooking on holiday!
