I have this in a 2008 King Tour package with a luggage rack, I bought it knowing the glue wouldn't stick. Using the snap tabs is pretty easy. Before installing, grab some fender washers, loosen the bolts slightly, rotate the tabs to align with the snap tabs, then tighten the bolts. I then removed the backing from the adhesive and pressed it in place. This organizer has quite a lot of storage space, which is exactly what I wanted.
