I ordered headphones in the Amazon online store. Delivered by courier, turned out to be defective. Won't turn on or charge. On the same day, less than an hour later, I went to take them to the Amazon salon. It was May 14th. They took it for examination and promised to conduct it first up to 10 days, then up to 21 days maximum, according to the regulations. It's been 28 days and still no response.
