Our daughter and husband have an oval roaster that they grilled and complained that they need a grate to place meat - like chicken - on to allow the juices to drain while cooking. The grate also makes it easier to remove the meat from the fryer, as you can lift the grate yourself to remove the meat. So I looked to Revain for something that could help them. Unfortunately, the available shelves with handles are square, not oval. There weren't that many oval shelves, period. The ones I could find were too big. So I came across this particular rack that looked like it would fit in their oval brazier and was reasonably priced. My daughter says it suits her. Even without handles on either end, you can get the meat out of the fryer much easier than before. So you are happy and that makes me happy with my purchase. My note to sellers: Provide racks that are the same size, oval in shape, and have wire handles on the ends to make removing food racks from the roaster easier.
