Oh I LOVE this bag. The one-year warranty was one of the highlights that struck me when I bought it. Many other bags I've seen had reports of the straps snapping and nothing could be done. I don't think the straps on this bag will break as they are strong but I know the company would support me even if they did break. a novel (over 300 pages), a notebook and a bottle of water. This does not include the outer pockets where I keep my essential oils. I put my iPhone XS Max in a zippered outer case. I'm just thrilled with this bag. I have the gray color and it's perfect! The only downside is that the straps aren't the most comfortable, but that's not really noticeable. I'm just making sure the metal adjustment pieces aren't in my armpits. If you are considering this bag, BUY IT! You will not regret it!
