I didn't know there were bad scissors before I bought them. I have a cheap pair from Sally that work much better than this set. I thought it was an update, but it definitely isn't. Scissors sometimes cut, and sometimes I have to tap them on my thigh to close and cut properly. It's really annoying. They also slide over my fingers, requiring me to constantly adjust my grip. Texturing scissors work well. The comb is complete rubbish in my opinion, too flimsy and flexible like it will break with use. My son is in a hurry to take a shower so I don't even use a brush or other tools. I think you want to know about scissors. If that's all you can get your hands on, fine, but otherwise pass. I wish I had another option.
