Such a cute stool, I'm glad I gave it a chance. The workmanship is excellent and the color is a beautiful brown. It was very easy to fill, but it's amazing how much you can fit! I needed: a full size comforter, four queen size sheets, a queen size pillow, two comforters, five small pillows, a medium sized old dog bed. and a couple of medium-sized towels. Wow! It takes a lot of filling to get really full and bouncy. That's how it should feel. I think I might need a few more pieces once all the filling has settled. I love sitting on it, it's a very healthy way to sit as it's close to a squat. We westerners have lost this good habit with high chairs. So this seating is not only healthy but also beautiful, decorating any room. Check out my photo to see it! I will go back and find another one in a matching color to match this one soon. Oh, and as for the supposed smell (as in bad smell) that a few people mentioned, what I got didn't have it at all. Yes, it smells like leather, but in a good way. Leather is a natural organic material, hence it smells. It's not unpleasant in any way and you really have to smell it up close to notice it. Just like a pair of leather gloves, same level!
