I didn't consider it essential when ordering - just thought my desk would look better. This is a turning point in the way I print and work. I no longer have to reach for the mouse, which means I work faster and my wrist feels better. The keyboard and mouse fit in perfectly, leaving room for a charging cable if needed. The bonus is that because they're connected, if I need to move them out of the way for the shot, both parts just get up and go. The downside is that it's right-handed only.
