I decided to buy because I have 3 other gauges, a regular metal gauge that reads ANSII and metric, a digital and another digital that is part of a Craftsman compressor. Everyone reads differently! The press check is calibrated to the standard. Good enough for me! The first metal manometer proves to measure the same as the press check. In general, I bought it for nothing! All is well! I like the feel and the flexible hose. The valve fitting rotates to make reading the TR easier. The sensor is large and easy to read. Calibrated in 1 lb increments up to 60 PSI. Highly recommended!
