Great grip but short lifespan
Ideal for preventing accidents on slippery surfaces in and out of the pool. The big downside is that they may not last very long if you are exercising in the pool as they are made of rubber and are weakened by chemicals. Mine was fine for 6 months (training 3 times a week) and then started cracking around the holes in the front.
