Before we get to the wig, the packaging is BOMB, it comes with a nice silk pouch to keep your wig fresh when you're not wearing it, 2 wig caps and a pair of cute eyelashes. Now I put on the hair, it is so comfortable, soft and shiny. I haven't had any hair loss, it's nice and thick at the ends unlike some wigs which are very thin at the bottom. The knots are so tiny (pictured) that they don't even need to be bleached as they are barely visible. The hairline is very natural (it almost looks like mine) and the tip is thin and blends into the skin very nicely. This is absolutely one of my favorite wigs and I know I wear it.
