If you are familiar with the vacuum wound cover, it's a bit difficult. Plan to spend a few pieces while you figure out how to apply them. The sticky side of the film is on the white sheet. On the other side is the sheet you use to apply the film, divided down the middle by a wide blue stripe. The white sheet has a cut parallel to the blue stripe on the other side. Bend the white sheet there and remove it. Apply cling film to the skin and CAREFULLY remove the small remaining white sheet from the other side of the incision. If you're not careful, the plastic wrap will stick to the rest of the white sheet and "snap" into a large crease. Then peel off the top sheet with the cut in the blue area. You'll probably have to try this a few times before you get the hang of it.
