I'm a hobbyist so it would be nice to get some instructions on how to actually assemble the garland. I could improvise, but it was very labor intensive. Most likely, next time there will be outsourcing. Balloons that we inflate easily if you don't have anything to fill, I recommend taking a small car, maybe at Walmart. The balloons popped too, so I had to scale down and make the garland smaller. They also turned an odd color after being outside for about an hour. You'll also need more ball tabs.
