does a decent job, good for kitchen and dining room
It's really easy to use and does a decent job pretty quickly. It sharpened my Victorinox kitchen knives very well. Then I pulled out an old cheap name brand butcher knife that I use for odd jobs and he actually sharpened it pretty well. I have rheumatic disease and quite a bit of arthritis in my hands so my dexterity and strength are limited but I had no problem with that.
