I love it for everyday use. A year ago I had an unfortunate experience with plump lips almost causing an allergic reaction to the feeling of "puffiness". However, this is perfect for people with sensitive skin like mine. Smells nice but doesn't burn. It's like a nice lip gloss, not too thick and not too watery. I just use the ones I have in my purse and apply several times a day instead of regular lip balm or lip balm. I don't know if it produces lasting changes but it always gives me a nice feeling and addictive tingly/moisturizing which I haven't found in any other product :)
