I don't know if I have a defective block, or if it's just poorly designed, or both. The very first thing that struck me after plugging this device in was that the left channel was very quiet compared to the right channel. When I turned the fader all the way to the left (forward), the sound completely disappeared. If I turned the fader all the way to the right (back) or to the middle position, the volume returned as usual. I then unplugged the cables from the front outputs and plugged them into the rear outputs and the same problem occurred, only this time it was reversed (d back in). If it weren't for these problems, I would really like this equalizer. I will be returning my device and ordering another one and see if these issues persist with the new device.
