Extremely effective all day long. It doesn't stop you from sweating, though, so I wouldn't recommend it in unbearably hot and muggy conditions (like midsummer in Tennessee). I have a headache from artificial fragrances. This product doesn't bother me even though it's perfumed because it's a natural scent. And everyone I hug says I smell so good π
