I use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of this detergent and it gets everything cleaner than any other detergent I've ever used. I've been doing this with hand and hammer boxes for years but my washing machine recently leaked and ruined five boxes so I bought this bucket and it's a lot more convenient and less messy. We'll probably have enough for a year.
