A defective candle came twice in a row
I ordered this candle set for the first time, the smallest candle did not work. It didn't respond to the remote and would turn on and off randomly even when it was off! I thought it was just a factory defect and sent it back and the company sent a replacement. Then the replacement just came! Even the smallest candle doesn't work. This is very frustrating. It was not possible to return the product and at the moment I do not have the strength to send it back for a third replacement. So I'm stuck with a bad spark plug.
