Good company good for neck and neck pillow

This pillow worked for me about 3 days and then my neck kept hurting. I kept using it hoping it would get better, but it didn't. After contacting the company I was refunded in full without returning the pillow. This company goes above and beyond what others do to make sure I'm happy. I only gave 4 stars because the pillow didn't fit me. Otherwise they would have gotten 5.
