Review on 🎮 Thermaltake CyberChair E500: Elite Black Gaming Chair by Dave Rasic

Defective product arrived. was unable to attach the chair back to the chair seat. The bolts literally turned about 2 turns before stopping, leaving the rear end very loose and wobbly. I contacted Thermaltake customer service to inquire about a backrest replacement and after several emails and videos about the issue they wanted me to return the chair in full and pay for shipping. The RMA also stated that any damage to the packaging or chair during transit is my responsibility and could void the warranty. so it goes back to amazon. Now I will look for a chair from another brand. even better, they took 3 months to refund the purchase and not refund the entire price paid. DO NOT BUY
