I've been using it regularly for over a month. After several uses, the legs become smooth and soft. When I use it, it helps me relax, relieve stress and feel warm and cozy haha. I've added essential oils and sometimes bath salts and it works great. The best essential oils are peppermint and tea tree. I get cold feet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - this makes the water warm which makes my feet feel so good. It's 15 minutes per session. The control buttons are easy to use. Temperatures are adjustable. The tank has a bubbler, infrared light, a pedicure stone - very handy, I use it for exfoliation - and massage rollers. Each has calming benefits. I love seeing the bubbles when my feet are massaged. Not sure about all the added benefits of oxygen and infrared light... but the physical benefits are all I need and it works well. This foot spa is much appreciated after my long run! Who would have thought that foot care is so important for stress relief. it does! I love it so much I took it on a few trips this year haha. Easy to clean and store after each use. There is a drain hose for draining water. It also comes with a dust cover.
