I'm 5ft 1in wearing DD. I bought the dress in plus size and my chest is tight around me and the fabric doesn't look like it's pulled tight across my chest. thick fabric, so if you are prone to cold, this is a good winter dress. At only 5ft 1in, the length was too long for me - it came to mid-calf. The waist is higher than my natural waist but not as high as a high waisted dress. This style hid my "spare tire" well. If I couldn't find another dress at a cheaper price in a department store I would definitely keep this one.
