Nice outfit. Can be worn top or bottom. I haven't done too much with it and it was still comfortable and pretty. I'm 5ft 4" - 5ft 5", 163-170, ordered medium when I was 170, it still fits 163 well. It stretches well and is very comfortable for both weights.
