Great item and will exceed all expectations except the doors are flimsy.

In general, the item is excellent. Looks good, the flame is great and it has a side view for a 3D look. Very realistic. The only complaint I have is that the doors are very thin. This device costs $400. This is the premium price for this type of product. No remote control is supplied so you have to use the door to access the controls. I know others have made the same complaint and I totally agree. Nevertheless, I would recommend this product and I am satisfied with the purchase. You just have to be light when opening doors. And that's why I can only give 4 stars.
