Beautiful but the zip doesn't work, too small

I really wanted and expected that this bag would please. She is beautiful. The zipper does not close on one side. At first I finally closed it but it got stuck. The other just slipped down for no reason. Hanging things is an absolute problem. I ended up trying to cut them off. Latch path so you have to fight them at the end to get to the latch. It's hard enough just putting the damn thing on then you have to weave the snap between those straps over it! What were they thinking! I sent it back, sadly I wish it would work, it's really great.

Pros

GOOD STRUCTURE: Anti-theft zip pocket on the back with 1 inner zip pocket and 2 patch pockets. Convenient design with double zip opening in two directions. 2 side pockets and a long front pocket with zip. The spacious bag can accommodate a 7 inch iPad, cosmetics, umbrella, water bottle and other daily necessities.
