1. Fine. Women's size 7.5 and the water comes just below the ankle.2. There is no heat. Claims to have heat, but no heat. Can keep added water warm for 15 minutes IF NOT using the vibration function.3. Oh vibration. Vibration is good but not worth the money. The vibration also fills the water faster. I got this to relieve the stiffness of my broken ankle. When I dip my foot in a metal pot or bucket, I can flex and flex my ankle afterwards, but after using this foot bath for 15 minutes, my ankle becomes stiffer, not less. I am very disappointed to find that my $5 metal pot from a thrift store works a thousand times better than this "spa". Unfortunately, a metal pan holds the heat even longer. Goods return tomorrow 🙁
