I wasn't expecting much from this product. I read the reviews and they were all positive. I ordered two colors because I wasn't sure how light or dark they were. It has a warm tone equivalent to level 6. #2 was a cool tone, I would say it's level 4. I got sooo many compliments on my Ari pony. A little difficult at first, but you get used to it. The only thing that bothered me is that the velcro that wraps around the seam of the ponytail to secure it was quite short. Don't worry though I've wrapped it a few times and Bobby pinned it down. To create the illusion of volume and lift I tied my real hair into a bun so it was a bit of a "wrap" 😂 I will definitely be buying a blonde side by side to make a custom color if i change my color Very very happy with my purchase.
