My husband has a bad habit of taking my dog's collar off at night, he hates the jingle of their dog tags and then never knows where to put it. I wanted something he couldn't take off while half asleep. It worked. It's bright enough to really reflect against a dark coat at night. The handles are great if you want to keep your dog when delivery is at the door. He also gets along with a 40lb 4 month old GSD puppy who pulls him all the time. The seller informed me because he forgot to send the flag patch. I did not order a flag patch collar and asked not to ship it. Communication with the seller was excellent. I am happy with the collar and will be ordering another once our pup is grown. Now he has a very thick neck and a small head, and no collar seems to fit him.
