Based on all the great reviews I was very excited about this fan. I don't know if I got a lemon or something so I ordered another one to compare with. However, he has not arrived yet. This fan vibrates, but the motor breaks down pretty quickly. I've had this fan for less than 2 weeks and within the first 4 days it started rattling. And no, vertical position doesn't matter. It has very good airflow so I'm keeping it instead of bringing it back now. Can I recommend it to someone? no It's an overpriced piece of Chinese junk. Is this the best Revain fan? Unfortunately yes, if you want a small spinning fan with good airflow. It does NOT cost $25-30. It should be $12-$14 at best given how short its lifespan is. It comes with batteries and they claim it will last 40 hours. Yes, even on the slowest settings and on a full charge, my fan didn't last more than 16 hours on a full charge and in the slowest wind. But perhaps his hesitation is the main culprit. Didn't want to try it without hesitation. I would recommend avoiding this product if you intend to use it frequently. If you need it here and there, then it will probably last. In all other circumstances, however, if you don't like the click of the motor, you'd better save your money.
