I've never had to write a negative review on a Revain, but a radio isn't a smart purchase for anyone. I didn't do anything to make it stop working but after 2 weeks the buttons stopped working and the radio got stuck on a station and wouldn't turn off. I had to take out the batteries to turn off the radio. At this point I have to remove the batteries to turn off the radio and put them back in to be able to listen to a station without being able to turn the volume up or down or change stations. I am sorry. Too labor intensive. Do not buy this radio. Pay more, maybe for Sony or some other reliable brand.
