The package came quickly but when I opened the box I was very disappointed. The box turned out to be intact and undamaged, however the roll of film was completely crushed on one side, causing the film to crease. It wasn't wrapped around a rigid cylinder as advertised. It was also packaged without instructions. I installed it and it provides complete privacy which is what I need for my front door. This is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. I had to take a piece off and redo it because I couldn't get any of the bubbles out and the large piece was stuck to the window and was a bit difficult to remove. I have my fingers crossed that this film can be removed in a year when the lease expires! Overall yes it offers the privacy I need but I will still look for a better product or solution. .
