Beginner-friendly: cutlery and knife accessories

A good knife. Good grip with nice wooden scabbard. The nubs also prevent food from sticking. The blade is heavy and thick. It would be nice to cut the squirrels. Wasn't that good for fine delicate cutting. Goes in my work bag, just don't know how often it's used.
