Review on ๐Ÿค– Smart Belt 4800 by Eureka by Jennifer Middleton

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Relatively easy DIY installation for less than $6 to extend the life of your Eureka vacuum.

. Earlier this year, a vacuum partially sucked up a missing ankle sock, causing the vacuum belt to break and creating a burning smell. So I ordered a new vacuum belt, reversed the vacuum and replaced the broken belt by following these instructions: 1. Set the brushroll control lever to the clean floor position. Remove the three baseplate screws (using a Phillips screwdriver), then the baseplate.3. Remove brush roll and old belt.4. Put a new belt on the motor shaft.5. Insert the brush roll, left end first. Make sure the new belt is centered.6. Reattach the base by inserting all four front tabs into the slots on the base. Then turn down and replace the three screws.

Pros
  • . It's amazing.
Cons
  • . Reliability.
