I ordered a large for women. I'm 5'4 and 160 pounds with a 36C chest. When I received the long sleeve shirt, the sleeves were too short. The shirt was bigger than youth size so I gave it to my daughter, she is 11 years old, she is tall and skinny. It suits her with a grow room.
