Being able to see where my customers are in real-time helps me understand their behaviour more effectively - whether this be for marketing purposes or simply making sure I'm not overloading any one area of our restaurant! There's nothing really that we dislike about Blixtraffic. The reporting section has been updated recently which makes it easier than ever before when comparing reports across different areas/locations within your business. Tracking footfall patterns can help us analyse how busy certain sections of the shop are at specific times during day / week etc., helping us improve service levels & timings as well as plan staffing accordingly (i.e if an activity dips below 80% capacity then staff will have less work).
