Installs in less than 5 minutes (including removing the old one) -NOTE: A 54 year old disabled woman always wanted a dual jet but was afraid of losing a lot of pressure when she both used at the same time - NOT WITH THIS one loses some but almost completely - i used it 3 times before the review and still have problems - my house is very old, so is the plumbing, so i was worried - third time like it me better than the first! Very little trickle from the main head when used in the manual but no real problem (the other leaked horribly and lost a lot of pressure). I find it easy to raise my hand or change settings (the manual has a nice solid mount). With my disability I have to sit on a disabled chair when showering, the hose is long enough. I LOVE the PULSE spray especially for my neck and shoulders/back. hard to reach places (see video - please ignore the plumbing on the wall and painting - hopefully repairs come soon) In the video you can HEAR the pulse! Only complaint was trying to take the packaging apart! Thought I was hacking into a NASA vault haha.
