They are true to size. I am a size 9 in Adidas and Nike Tennie shoes so I ordered a US size 9 and it fits me. They are comfortable and super grippy. I'm a powerlifter and I wanted them for the bench press as I wanted better leg drive, they worked GREAT! They even come with a shoe bag! Even 200 dll adidas or Nikes don't come with a shoe bag haha
