Review on Milwaukee 5378 20 2 Inch Hammer Drill by Bob Souza

I have rarely used this drill since 2002 but it has done a great job drilling holes in concrete, brick etc. Very good transmission, excellent speed and performance. My problem with the drill is that the commutator brushes are tiny for the power of the motor and when they're worn to the point of thickness, they're very difficult to replace. Opening the drill is difficult and the brushes are difficult to install. In the end I refused the exchange and threw the drill away completely because the repair at the depot wasn't worth it.
