Update 2-7-20 I haven't used it in about a week and all I remember is the needle failing when I released the pressure by pressing the release button drained . A couple of times somewhere in the middle of the pressure gauge and 0 I had to press the button again to reset it. So I called Longacre again and described the issue. According to them the sensor was made many years ago, the zero point issue was not a problem but I decided to send it back just for reassurance. I was very unhappy looking at this sensor, it looked old and used with 2 tiny scratches near the release button. Original initial review: Package arrived quickly, resealed, probably returned or used. The plastic lid's connecting sealing lugs were squeezed a few times to close it enough that I was able to open some of them by hand. repacked a few times. Also, the rubber bumper had some small fingerprints and looked a bit old. The tubing was also softer than other long lengths. Well I decided when in doubt and tested it once with the same tire and got the same result 3 times. It seems to work fine but I need to compare its accuracy to other sensors. I don't know if I'll keep it because I'm worried it has been used. I had previously purchased a liquid filled 52-52002 which was brand new and very impressive in construction but had to return it as the liquid level was lower than expected. Now I'm under the impression that I may have received a repackaged sensor because I sent it back last week? Rating 1 star for now until I decide what to do with the sensor. I got. I don't know which one is older.
