Was a bit suspicious but wanted to give the product a chance. Started using it as a border and was overly conservative with the application. I didn't notice until I let it dry. I was a little more generous with the roller and it turned out very well. It says two coats but I have to tell you that one coat looks great but I'm going to put on a second coat. I didn't pay enough attention to a few areas and didn't realize it was still wet. After the work was completed, it became clear where the non-visible wet areas were located. It looked like glass while the dry spots were fine. They heated the area and then covered it with a tarp to protect it from nighttime dew. Later it dried and looks good. Cracks were a problem. They held more moisture and it was noticeable. Said to fill cracks 1/8 inch or smaller. Well, not the first layer, so I'll be generous with the second layer. If they're still visible, well, putty, sand and repaint.
