The weight of the knife has proven useful for control, it is very sharp. Cut well into different thicknesses. Requires hand washing/drying which is fine, all my best knives are the same. Updated: 6/27/21. I've been using knives for about six to eight weeks. I have found that when submerged in water, even for a very short time, rust and pitting appear on their blades. The return time has already expired, so I can't do anything about it. However, I don't think I'll be buying Foxtel knives again.
