Well the package arrived damaged but I don't suspect that the blade's imperfections are due to that. Scissors have no cutting ability at the tip of the scissors, which is pointless. You are forced to push the scissors deeper into the cuticles to cut them. There is also resistance to use (opening/closing). Hand back.
