Review on Peatys Unisexs Tubeless Sealant Workshop by Shirley Johnson

Very fat. Best in Sports Bottled Water

So I've been using this and Stan side by side now I've gotten it for 2 years. So let's get down to business. I had a new Maxis Aggressor on the back of my Pivot 429 after my original tire, which is in the Maxxis Rekon, wore out. The tire just doesn't work. The performance of the bike as a 2.3 rear tire just didn't feel right so I figured I'd wind up my DHR 2 minion which I had brand new from a previous bike and it took a damn long time to get it. Seal tires with Peatys. The problem was the tubeless valve stem, no matter how hard I twisted it and I switched to another stemmed valve, the tire just bubbled, I mean the bubble came out in the time it took me to lift a pound of coffee . at Peter's. So in my desperation I added 45cc. Look at the struts they are a lot more fluid than the high viscosity PDs, the valve stem was sealed immediately and that was the end of the story and now I'm riding today and I don't like what I'm doing putting in a hose or something like that. So , if you take a PD which probably has some amazing specs I'm not denying it works fine it just won't fix a small micro air leak. don't flow easily so honestly if you go that route I'll probably mix them 50/50 with coasters and it'll be really awesome. I think I'll keep going like this until I'm done with this bottle of Peaty's because it really dries up. I hope this helps serious shredders figure out the best way for them to use tubeless rims, they're carbon rims and they're tape sealed. I re-tape them quite well with 3M tape. I know how it all goes. I just have to tell you that you need something more liquid than the standard peat. I know they're good guys, I met them on a sea otter so I'm not trying to diss their business or anything, just saying the material isn't fluid enough. They have to sell an extra thing at the last minute to fit into the valve stem or whatever just to loosen it up a bit for the original ceiling, especially around the valve. I've said many things over the years. about all these add ons especially the orange products and the Derby rim so I lost a very early adapter for both of us and I'm just trying to pass that wisdom on to everyone. Much luck
