Exactly what I was looking for
These pads work great and I use them to attach the bimini to my hoses on my 13ft Zodiac. I used the correct Hypalon glue so I'm hoping to get a lot of use out of it. Since there weren't any suitable attachments available for my purpose, I cut a small block of marine plywood and sealed it. The bimini bracket was attached at the top. Works like a charm and outperforms some of the more expensive alternatives.
